We offer a door-door courier delivery service with the following options:

• Next Day Delivery (Cape Town Only) - R80
• Nationwide Courier (2-3 Business days) - R80
• Overnight Courier (1-2 Business days) - R120
• Free Delivery For Orders over R500

Returns & Refunds

We take pride in quality controlling our products and hope you enjoy your purchase. Please note our products are non-refundable, nor we do not accept any returns, or exchanges due to hygienic reasons.

If a request is made, we will assess and act accordingly, either resulting in a discount voucher or store credit being issued as a result of the claim. 

For order cancellations or changes, you will have approximately 60 minutes to cancel or change an order you have already placed. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Should your order not arrive within the estimated shipping time allocated on the order, we will issue a discount voucher valued at 15% of the entire order for the inconvenience which can be redeemed at any time. Note: This will only be issued if a query has been made regarding the order not arriving in time as stipulated on the order's shipping option selected.

If the order should not arrive at all, we will a issue full refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
